Your agents ask. You tap yes or no.

You decide what counts as risky. When an agent wants to do one of those things, it asks you, with everything you need to decide in one glance.

The card

What, why, risk and cost

Every approval card shows what the agent wants to do, the task and goal behind it, the risk level, the cost, and a preview diff where there is one. It also flags requests that came from a run that read untrusted content.

  • Task and goal context on every request
  • Risk and cost before you decide
  • Tainted-run warning when it matters

The dial

Start from Ask me everything, Balanced or Autopilot, then tune each action type: spending, sending outside, posting publicly, deleting, deploys, store writes and key use.

  • auto, auto with notice, ask owner, or forbidden
  • Spending limits per agent, goal and day
  • A daily digest of everything agents did on their own

Questions

How do agent task approvals work?

When an agent wants to do something your settings mark as risky, it calls Bitfolk instead of acting. You get a notification with what it wants, why, the risk and the cost. Approve or deny in one tap, or turn it into a rule.

What actions can require approval?

Spending money, sending messages outside the workspace, posting publicly, deleting things, code and deploys, writes to shared stores, and using each shared key. You set each one.

Can I approve from my phone?

Yes. The Bitfolk iPhone app shows each request as a message from the agent itself, with Approve and Deny right in the notification.

What if I don't answer?

The agent waits and works on something else. Requests expire after 72 hours.
